Cookie Notice
Last updated 3 July 2026
Homeir uses only what it needs to work. We set no advertising cookies and run no third-party tracking or analytics, so there is no consent banner to click through.
The cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Life |
|---|---|---|
| chp_session | Keeps you signed in after you unlock a report. A signed token - it holds your user id and email, nothing more. | 30 days |
| chp_anon | Links a report you create before signing in to your browser, so it’s waiting for you when you unlock it. | 30 days |
Both are “strictly necessary” functional cookies - the service can’t work without them - so under the ePrivacy Regulations they don’t require prior consent.
What we don't do
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no pixels).
- No cross-site tracking, and no selling of any of this.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but signing in and keeping a report open won’t work without the two above. For how we handle the data behind them, see our Privacy Policy, or email privacy@homeir.ie.
